A line of two wire Converters with galvanic isolated output convert Electrical input signals as:
  DC / AC Current, DC / AC Voltage, Resistance, RTD, TC's, Pulses etc. to 4 - 20 mA Output.
Model MTWT- I -T is for AC Current up to 10A ( conductor passes through current transformer).

MTWT-FRC Flow Sensor Converters - MTWT-FLS-H(C) MTWT-FLS-H(C) )
Converts pulses from flow sensor - Impeler (Magnetic Pickup).
•   Accuracy:   +0.5%F.S.
•   Output:   4-20mA passive ( 2 wire ) .
•   Power supply:   24 VDC.
•   Zero and Span calibration.
•   IP65 Enclosure


Transmitter MTWT-H-RTD Temperature Converter - MTWT-H-RTD MTWT-H-RTD )
PT-100 Temp Sensor and two wire transmitter to standard 4÷20mA output signal.
Two types of enclosures: Ball and Square box are available.

4 wire Signal Converters - MISCN MISCN )
Converts varies Input-Signals to standard Output-Signals (4÷20mA or 0÷10V).
•  Input: –  AC current (up to 5A) or voltage (up to 250 VAC).
–  DC current 4÷20mA or voltage 0÷10 V.
–  2 wire Conditioner / Transmitter (incl. 24VDC supply for the transmitter).
–  Resistance 2 wire or 3 wire.
–  Special models : Average of 2 inputs or inverse output.
• Accuracy : +0.1%F.S.(DC), + 0.2% F.S. for PT100, + 0.25% F.S.(AC)
"Absolute Value" and "Square Root Extractor" Signal Conditioners are available only with the old MISC.


Converter MISCN-24 4 wire Isolated Transmitter - MISCN 24 MISCN 24 )
•  Power:48 or 24 or 12 Vdc.
•  Input: DC current 4÷20mA or voltage 0÷300 Vdc or others.
•  Output:4÷20mA or 0÷10 Vdc or others.
• Galvanic isolation between input and output 1000Vdc
• Accuracy : +0.1%F.S.(DC)


Converter MISCN-D Dual Output Converter - MISCN-D MISCN-D(DI) )
converts one DC Input Signal to two galvanic Isolated Output Signals (4÷20mA or 0÷10V).
Two galvanic isolated Converters in one case - MISCN-DI.


Converter MTWT-I-D Two 2 wire Converters in one package - MTWT-I-D MTWT-I-D )
These units convert 2 electrical input signals to two Galvanic isolated output signals.
  • Inputs :  4-20mA / 0-10V DC
  • Outputs :   4-20mA passive
  • Power supply : 13 - 30 VDC
  • Zero and Span calibration for each transmitters
  • DIN rail-mounted enclosure


  • Transmitter MVAT 3 Wire Triple Converter - MVAFT, Dual Converter - MVAT MVA(F)T ) includes 3 (or 2) isolated channels converted:
       –  AC Current input (a conductor passes through current transformer) and
       –  Line Voltage input and
       –  Frequency of the same line voltage;
    or    – Three Phase AC Current
    •  Outputs: 4 ÷ 20mA passive.
    Model MVAT includes 2 isolated converters for Current and Voltage inputs.


    Converter MTCT MEGATRON Three AC Current Converters - MTCT MTCT )
    2 Wire, Isolated AC current converters in one package.
    MTCT includes three isolated transmitters converts AC current (1A or 5A)
    to 4-20mA DC output. Input conductors pass through a taroid coil.
    •    Input : AC current up to 10A ( conductor passes through a taroid coil).
    •    Accuracy : +0.5% F.S.
    •    Output : 4-20mA passive ( 2 wire )

    Converts Analog Signals: Current/Voltage DC , Temp. Sensor PT-100, to 6 Hz - 1 KHz pulses.
    The MIFN is used to connect an Analog Signal to a PLC without Analog Inputs. Mains 12 / 24 VDC.

    MATP Converts Analog Signals: 4-20mA / 0-60mV DC etc..
    to pulses 0.01 Hz up to 1 KHz. 30 pulses per hour.
    The MATP is used for accumulation A/h or Volume units (m3, Galons etc..)
    by an external counter. Mains 110 / 220 VAC

    MADO Converts Analog Signals: 4-20mA DC / 0-60mV DC etc../ 0-5A AC
    to pulses 0.01 Hz up to 10 KHz (12/24V) and 4-20mA / 0-10V Analog Output.
    Option: 3.5 digits LCD Display. Mains VAC / VDC

    •   Digital Indicator MDI is used to display almost every electrical input-signal: voltage, current AC/DC, resistance, temperature sensors (PT-100 and thermocouples ), frequency, velocity, level and flow sensors etc…
     •   Digital Controller MIC-1 provides one and MIC-2 two C/O contacts. Set-point can be adjusted by one (two) multiturn potentiometers on the front panel.
     •   MDI and MIC can be ordered with several kinds of displays:
    –   MDI/MIC are with 0.5" LCD / LED display (3,5 digits);
    –   MDI-H1.0 has 1" supper red LED display (3 digits);
    –   MDI-H1.5 / MIC-H1.5 have 1.5" supper red LED display (3 digits).
     •   Two models MDI-4-CDC and MDI-4-VDC have 4.5 digits display (0-19999) LED, size 0.5".
     •   There are models for display Square root of input - MDI-SRE ( MDI-SRE ),
         and for two inputs Difference - MDI-DIF ( MDI-DIF ) etc.

    •   Power supply: 220 VAC or 110 VAC or 24 VDC / VAC or 12VDC.
    •   Potentiometers for setting two set-poits HI and LOW for each of 4 output relays


    Controller MSCI-LCD ON/OFF Controllers with display - MSCI-LCD ( MSCI-LCD )
    •   Input:–   Current or Voltage AC and DC or
    –  Resistance 3 wire.
    •   Accuracy : +0.25%F.S and +0.5% for AC measurements.
    •   Output: 1 C/O Contact 220V/5A.
    •   Power supply: 220 VAC or 110 VAC or 24 VDC.
    •   Zero and Span Potentiometers for display range calibration and Potent. Al for Set point.
    In addition to MSCI-LCD there are 2 models:
    2 output relays and DC input signal - MSCI-2-LCD.

    MEGATRON Level Controller for 2 or 3 Electrodes - MCL300N.

    SIMULATORS

    MEGATRON Current and Voltage Simulator - MCVS ( MCVS )
    Source of 0-20mA / 0-10V,
    Used at process control systems for testing Control Elements.
    The MCVS has 2 operation modes:
    •   Source: –   Current /I/: 0-20mA [3 fixed values 4, 12, 20mA]
    –   Voltage /V/: 0 - 10 V [fixed values 2, 6, 10 V]
    •   Measure:   Current 0 - 20 mA / Voltage 0-10 V DC

    RTD and ANALOG  MULTIPLEXERS

    MEGATRON RTD Multiplexer (for PLC) - MUX-RTD  (  MUX-RTD )
    enables to connect 8 temperature PT-100 sensors (3 wire) to one PLC analog input.
    •   The input is selected by 3 binary address lines:
    –   Binary signal: 0V - [0]; +24V - [1].
    •   Output: active 4-20mA.
    •   Power supply: 24 ±15%V DC

    enables to connect 8(16) / 8 active or passive analog inputs (4-20mA or 0-10V) to one PLC analog input.
    •   The input is selected by 4 hexadecimal address lines [ 3 - for 8 inputs]. Option: inverse logic
    •   8/16 analog inputs 4-20mA (active or passive) are protected against over current.
